Project included construction of a two-story, 31,000 SF, retail book store, and associated site work. This was the company’s proto-type store that features a round ‘cornerstone’ building marque. Building construction included foundations, structural steel, light-gauge framing, roofing, utilities, fire protection, store fronts, and all exterior and interior finishes and millwork.
