Project included construction of a four-story, 16,000 SF, building containing two retail stores on the first level and 7 luxury ocean-view apartments within three stories above. Site construction included construction of a 12 space bituminous concrete parking lot, curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, and site lighting and landscaping. Building construction included foundations, structural steel, light-gauge framing, roofing, utilities, fire protection, one four-stop elevator, store fronts, and all exterior and interior finishes and millwork.
